Tasting Notes : 

The Alsace region is particularly associated with this style. White wines from most varieties grown here are often richly textured and aromatic, with Gewurztraminer slightly ahead of Pinot Gris and Riesling.  

Food pairing : 

Meaty fish such as salmon, mackerel, swordfish, monkfish and tuna tend to match with rich white wines

Tasting Notes : 

Firm and spicy, this Cava is driven by a baking-spice and apple flavor. It hovers just this side of sweet, checked by the mousse and the spice, a match for Chilean machas a la parmesana.

Food pairing : 

artichokes, sheep milk cheeses, creamy sauces, paella, and fried foods.

Tasting Notes : 

Clean, bright, straw-coloured with golden glints, soft bubble and nice rim. Fruity (white fruit, apple), flower and honey hints. Nice honey touch ending. Fresh, pleasant, balanced acidity, creamy, with nice carbonic integration. Significantly fruity. Long fruit touch due to its maceration on the lees.

Food pairing : 

Cold meats or duck. Nice with baked patatoes and mushrooms. It matches with salted fish and seafood, caviar and cava is an excellent mix. Strong flavoured cheese. Meat and fish in general

Tasting Note : 

A complex, inviting, and spacious fragrance blends fruity notes of apples, pears, apricots, and citrus fruits with floral scents like wisteria and acacia, accompanied by a pleasant almond-glazed aftertaste. The palate is round, creamy, and persistent, boasting moderate alcohol content with refreshing vivacity, a soft flavor, and lively acidit

Pairing: 

Seafood and sushi to light pasta dishes and salads. 

Tasting Notes: 

This wine has a pale yellow colour with green flashes, a subtle and pleasant nose of fruit and citrus fruit, a franc attack on the palate that reveals flavours of fruit, and pineapple, with great intensity and a pleasant freshness. Ideal served at 11°C.

Food Pairing:

Château Des Léotins Entre-Deux-Mers is ideal with boudin blanc in puff pastry served with fig chutney, delicious served chilled with an assorted seafood platter, with fish or white meat. Can also be served on its own as an aperitif or with a dash of blackcurrant or peach cor-dial. A wine that should be drank young.
