Junmai can be translated as pure rice sake. Nothing is added in its production except rice, water, koji and yeast. Junmai sake is made with at least 30% of rice is milled away. The taste of rice in Junmai is slight heavier than Karakuchi. This medium bodied sake has fruity aroma such as green apple and bit of acidic finishing as well.
Cabernet Sauvignon is the major grape variety, endowing the wine with structure and concentration. Renowned for its roundness and suppleness, Merlot brings distinctive, rich bouquet of spicy notes. The Petit Verdot completes this range of aromas.
A seductive wine and a really nice expression of the Chardonnay grape! The colour is golden, with some green reflections. Among the floral and fruity aromas, almond and ripe grapes dominate. On the palate, the wine is refreshingly pleasant, ethereal in its lightness. Long and refreshing aftertaste.
Very pure, mineral-driven bouquet that could almost be from the Côte de Nuits! This is as refined as you will discover in Margaux. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin, caressing and smooth in texture with well-judged acidity and fanning out with crushed strawberry, Morello and a touch of orange rind on the finish. This has a lightly firm singed alder frame, which works well with the core of dark currant and plum fruit, melding easily with a velvety back end that lets alluring black tea and anise notes emerge steadily.
Elegant, fine and persistent perlage; with vivid straw yellow color. It represents a delicate bouquet of acacia and wisteria flowers combined with a soft fragrance of fresh fruits such as pear and peach. Fruity and floral aftertaste leaves a joyful sensation in the mouth.
