The 2015 Château Saint-Pierre, a 17-hectare estate, has revitalized and is producing some of the best wines in the area. The wine has a toasted style with spice and oak tannins, contrasting with the budding fruit. Aged for 14 months in a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Merlot, and 6% Cabernet Franc, it pairs well with red meats like beef, lamb, wild game, and fowl.
