Grown sustainably, Château La Gravière 2015 is a red Bordeaux blend from the Côtes De Bourg wine region, made from 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. It is produced by the agricultural land group GFA Rodet Recapet. With layers of juicy black fruits, roasted red plum, cherry, and toasty oak spice flavors, this wine is rich and strong on the palate. Aged in French oak barrels for a year and in stainless steel tanks.
Food Tasting: Roast duck, fowl, veal, lamb chops, roast pork tenderloin, and red meats go nicely with this wine.
