Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Palazzo 2017
Brawny and concentrated, this wine has aromas of leather, camphor, scorched earth and sandalwood. Densely concentrated, the viscous, monolithic palate offers steeped prune, licorice, roasted coffee bean and coconut alongside densely woven, close-grained tannins. You'll also notice the heat of evident alcohol that dominates the finish. This wine pairs well with red meats like wild game (venison), beef, lamb and poultry.
