CHATEAU SAINT MAMBERT, PAUILLAC 2010
This wine has a gorgeous brick color with a scent of fragrant oak, cedar, and licorice. It's a medium-plus tannin wine with a strong acidity and big body. The palate is bursting with chocolate, meaty prunes, blackberries, and black cherries, all with a medium aftertaste. This wine goes nicely with lamb, wild game, poultry, and beef.
