The palate is fruity, mineral, racy, fresh, elegant, relatively fat and offers a beautiful silky matter, suavity, a beautiful texture, a good density and a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry jam, Quetsche plum and slight notes of cassis associated with fine notes of cherry cream as well as touches of Zan and sweet spices. Good length.
