The nose reveals notes of cassis, ripe fruit, blackberry, and slight notes of red fruit associated with a few notes of elder flowers (in the background), woody/toasted notes, and spice.The palate is fresh, elegant, well-balanced, soft, and reveals a certain harmony. In the mouth, it expresses notes of wild strawberry, crushed strawberry, and blackberry associated with a few notes of blackcurrant, raspberry, oaky notes, spices, and a slight hint of pepper on the finish.

Pairs well with grilled or roasted beef, lamb.
