Tasting Notes :
The 2015 Franc-Mayne has a refined and detailed bouquet with blackberry, raspberry coulis and a touch of cedar. This is a classy bouquet in the making. The palate is fresh and vibrant with succulent red berry fruit overlaying a fine lattice of tannin.

CHATEAU DUCRU-BEAUCAILLOU 'LE PETIT CAILLOU', SAINT-JULIEN 2014
Tasting Notes :
A deep-purple colour shines from the glass as Le Petit Caillou shows rich aromas of black cherry and plum, accented by cedar, wild herbs, and cocoa powder. The palate is ripe and chewy, with grainy, slightly gritty tannins supporting the medium-bodied structure.

Pédesclaux’s second wine is a flower that unfurls as you approach. Thanks to its reliance on a high proportion of Merlot, the wine is soft and gentle, with a delicious, silky texture. It has intense, compelling and savoury fruit aromas and, year after year, beautifully calibrated scents of white flowers, violets and small red berries. n the mouth, it is fresh, subtle, packed with fruit and beautifully smooth tannins, with a long finish

Tasting Notes:
Still firm and structured, this wine is dark and solid while still having a line of freshness and good acidity. Juicy black currants and elegant tannins are still developing.

Tasting Notes:
It has an attractive floral cassie nose which is quite open for a Medoc helped by new oak. On the palate, there is gritty tannins with a fairly short finish.

Tobacco, leather, smoke and black pepper. Medium plus acidity, high tannins, medium alcohol for medium plus body. A bit harsh palate and long finish.

Tasting Notes:
Fully developed, medium-bodied, soft, round and loaded with ripe, dark, sweet red fruits, tobacco leaf, ash and cigar box notes. A touch of dryness in the finish accompanies the red fruits, herbs and earth.
Folie De Chauvin, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classe 2015
Tasting Notes:
This wine has soft & smooth flavors of blackberry, cherry, bitterness of espresso, and spicy peppery spice. Very opaque ruby red color with sweet aromas of black fruits, licorice, and bell pepper. Silky mouthfeel and tannins, vibrant acidity, and nice soft length.
