Chateau Petit Village, Pomerol 2015
Tasting Notes:
Brimming with elegant damson fruit and an intriguing note of eucalyptus, there is an attractive and enticing level complexity here. Beautifully fresh like all the best wines from 2015, there is a depth of fruit, generous and concentrated, which is another hallmark of the vintage. Ultra-fine tannins and a delicious, crunchy finish complete the picture. This is clearly a fine performance from this lovely estate.

Rich in tannins and juicy wth black currant acidity. As befits a second wine, it is developing well and easily.
Chateau Fayat, Pomerol 2014
Tasting Notes:
This wine has an intense bouquet with bold black cherry, blueberry and iodine scents, a little ostentatious. The palate is medium-bodied with a orbet-like entry, almost Burgundy like in terms of tannic structure with vivid red cherry and kirsch notes. There is a sense of charm here that was perhaps missing in previous vintages of Fayat.
