"Les Eyraux," a blend with a deep ruby red color, has all the characteristics of a Merlot-dominated wine. On the palate, there is a nose of plums and black cherries that is followed by a rich, smooth mouthfeel with traces of spice and a clean, lengthy finish. Red meats like beef, lamb, venison, and wild game pair nicely with this wine.
