Pale gold color; brioche, tropical fruits, green apple, citrus (lime?) on the nose; dry, subtle flavors of citrus peel, grapefruit, apricot, and brioche, thick with light-medium body, fairly acidic, fairly saline, medium-long finish with mineral notes. This is a nice Italian varietal that pairs well with beef, lamb, veal, poultry and cured meats.
