Planeta La Segreta Bianco is an elegant and characteristic wine, of a beautiful light yellow color with soft green refractions. The nose is broad and exuberant, with well-balanced aromas of citrus, pineapple, and white peach. On the palate it is decided and balanced, between acidity, flavor, and volume, never excessive. The finish is full, pleasantly aromatic. Ideal as an aperitif and to accompany fried vegetables or delicious recipes such as white and red arancine, squid and fried prawns, spaghetti with sea urchins, marinated anchovies, fried white prawns, tagliolini with bottarga and cod liver, lasagna with fresh fava beans and ricotta.

La Segreta takes its name from the woods which surround our Ulmo vineyard. This young fresh wine principally produced from Nero d’Avola grapes, flagship of Sicilian wine, gains its personality and style with the addition of some international grapes.
