Saito Ginjo Aged Sake is a premium aged sake. 12 years storage gives this sake special rich flavour and aroma such as aged whisky. It has gold color derived from this storage. This full body sake has long finish with special aroma like caramel and almond. It can be matched with strong taste dishes.

Saito Premium Junmai is brewed by "Yamahai" brewing method, which is a traditional slow fermentation technique process at low temperature with extra care and time. It gives this sake width and depth in flavour with semi dry taste. This medium bodied sake has a long finish with a bit of acidity. It can be matched with mild-strong taste dishes.
