Rivera Primitivo Salento I.G.T 2020
Tasting Notes:
Primitivo is nowadays one of the most renowned varieties with its intense, fruity, and smooth character of its wines. Rivera wants to interpret this variety with a fresh, flowing style and modern winemaking. The intense aromas of jammy black fruit are so typical of this variety. Drinking it is a great pleasure and shows good food-matching versatility.
Pairing:
Beef and Venison
Chateau Les Grands Chenes, Medoc 2014
Tasting Notes:
It has an attractive floral cassie nose which is quite open for a Medoc helped by new oak. On the palate, there is gritty tannins with a fairly short finish.

Echo de Lynch Bages, Pauillac 2015
Tasting Notes:
The second wine of Ch. Lynch-Bages, this has an attractive, dark ruby colour. It releases fresh fruit aromas of red berries and what a joy to taste! The palate is marked by spicy and oaky notes while the tannins are soft and round, but there is such energy on the palate. Very well poised, it finishes long.
Chateau Belgrave 5eme Grand Cru Classé, Haut Medoc 2015
Tasting Notes:
Still firm and structured, this wine is dark and solid while still having a line of freshness and good acidity. Juicy black currants and elegant tannins are still developing.
Rivera Rupicolo Castel Del Monte D.O.C 2020
Tasting Notes:
Rupicolo smells of dried cherries and hints of sage and camphor. It is silky and round in texture, with ripe red and black fruits giving way to a salty and savoury impression towards the end. A touch of fine tannins lingers on the medium-long final, along with tart wild berries and spices.
Food Pairing:
Oven-roasted pasta or meatloaf
Folie De Chauvin, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classe 2015
Tasting Notes:
This wine has soft & smooth flavors of blackberry, cherry, bitterness of espresso, and spicy peppery spice. Very opaque ruby red color with sweet aromas of black fruits, licorice, and bell pepper. Silky mouthfeel and tannins, vibrant acidity, and nice soft length.
