Tasting Notes:

Chocolate and vanilla on the nose and bold dry tannins on the palate. They need some time to harmonize, but there’s a lot of depth, and this has great ageing potential! Needs until 2021 to open.

Tasting Notes:

Elegant, fine and persistent perlage; with vivid straw yellow color. It represents a delicate bouquet of acacia and wisteria flowers combined with a soft fragrance of fresh fruits such as pear and peach. Fruity and floral aftertaste leaves a joyful sensation in the mouth.

Prosciutto, Aged Cheese, Shellfish

Tasting Notes:

This bottling is beautifully structured, firm with tannins and also generous with black fruits. A high percentage of Merlot gives a particularly ripe and juicy wine that will age over the medium-term.

The red fruit is very appealing here with a wealth of raspberries and mulberries, as well as redcurrant notes. The palate has attractively juicy and succulent red berries and a chalky, piercing finish. Second wine of Château Prieuré-Lichine

Tasting Notes:

It is straw in colour with delicate and persistent perlage, the nose offers clear tones of apple, citrus, sugared almonds and white flowers. Vibrating in tasting, with a nice acid-mineral support and citrus persistence.

Shrimp Cocktail, Shellfish, Goat Cheese

Tasting Notes:

Still firm and structured, this wine is dark and solid while still having a line of freshness and good acidity. Juicy black currants and elegant tannins are still developing.
