Saito Junmai Daiginjo Sake

Tasting Notes:

This Junmai Daiginjo is produced by using both Yamadanishiki rice and Omachi rice. This is a perfect combination and well-balanced sake with good flavour and aroma. It become more and more popular in Japanese restaurants as the unobtrusive scent and taste is very suitable for food pairing.

Tasting Notes:

Saito Premium Junmai is brewed by "Yamahai" brewing method, which is a traditional slow fermentation technique process at low temperature with extra care and time. It gives this sake width and depth in flavour with semi dry taste. This medium bodied sake has a long finish with a bit of acidity. It can be matched with mild-strong taste dishes.

This product has very limited production yet reasonable price. Color is in transparent and compatible with any kind of dishes. It is a refreshing, crisp and balanced sake and tastes delicate from the beginning until the end.
