Tasting Notes:
Similar to Junmai, Junmai Daiginjo has no added distilled alcohol in its production. It is made from Yamadanishiki rice, so-called King of rice, which most suitable for brewing sake. This premium sake has fine fruity aroma such as pear, richer in flavour with a gentle smooth finishing.

Saito Premium Junmai Sake
Tasting Notes:
Saito Premium Junmai is brewed by "Yamahai" brewing method, which is a traditional slow fermentation technique process at low temperature with extra care and time. It gives this sake width and depth in flavour with semi dry taste. This medium bodied sake has a long finish with a bit of acidity. It can be matched with mild-strong taste dishes.
