Chateau Grand-Puy-Lacoste 5eme Grand Cru Classe, Pauillac 2015
Tasting Notes:
One of the great Bordeaux families owns this vineyard, and the wine is already well-balanced in terms of fruit and tannins. The Cabernet Sauvignon's powerful black cherry notes give the wine's structure a luscious quality. It will mature nicely and is rich. Goes nicely with chicken, wild game, and red meats.

CHATEAU ANGELUS 'LE CARILLON DE L'ANGELUS', SAINT-EMILION GRAND CRU 2016
Tasting Notes:
The 2016 Le Carillon d'Angelus, which represents a higher percentage of the total production this year, has a tightly wound blackberry and briary-scented bouquet with admirable delineation. The palate is medium-bodied with very fine tannin, harmonious and rounded in style with just the right amount of salinity on the finish to beckon you back for another sip. This is a lovely Deuxième Vin built to give pleasure.

Braised Lamb Shank, Eggplant Parmigiana, Cured Meat
Chateau Larcis Ducasse, Saint Emilion Premier Grand Cru Classe B 2015

The aromas to this are phenomenal with oyster shell, blackberries, iodine and black truffles. Full-bodied, layered and so refined and intense. Love the texture and intensity. Chalky. Amazing. Goes on for minutes.
