Tasting Notes:

The Chablis Réserve de Vaudon from the pen of Drouhin Vaudon from Burgundy reveals a bright golden yellow colour in the wine glass. If you pan the glass, you can perceive a perfect balance with this white wine, because it is neither watery nor syrupy or liqueur-like on the glass walls. The first nose of the Chablis Réserve de Vaudon reveals limes, pomelo and pink grapefruit. The fruity components of the bouquet are complemented by even more fruity-balsamic nuances.

This wine has a smooth textured and is surprisingly complex in flavor. A palate of banana and grapefruit lead into hints of butter, with a modest finish. An excellent value.

This wine is both simple and elegant. A nice purple colour. Delicate red fruit aromas on the nose. This is a great example of what the Pinot Noir grape can produce on the Burgundian terroir.
